Cynthia Kuhn writes the Lila Maclean Academic Mystery series, which includes The Semester of Our Discontent and The Art of Vanishing.
Her short fiction and poetry have appeared in McSweeney’s Quarterly Concern, Literary Mama, Copper Nickel, Prick of the Spindle, The Edge, and other publications. She also contributed to Mama, PhD: Women Write About Motherhood and Academic Life.
Originally from upstate New York, Cynthia currently teaches English at MSU Denver. In addition, she serves as president of Sisters in Crime-Colorado and is a member of Mystery Writers of America and International Thriller Writers.
